Hi, I am Mrs Hough and I am the Early Years and Extended Care Lead at The John Bamford Primary School where I have worked for the past seven years. With 18 years of experience in education, I am passionate about giving children the very best start to their learning journey and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Since joining The John Bamford Primary School, I have become a member of the Senior Leadership Team, as well as recently joining the Governing Board, enabling me to actively contribute to the wider vision and continued development of our school. Prior to completing the PGCE in Primary Education, I studied the BA in Early Years at university, dedicating all of my studies to the Early Years sector.

I am a proud mum to three children and love spending time with my family. Whether it's enjoying walks on the beach or heading off on day trips together, I value making special memories and embracing new experiences. Both personally and professionally, I am committed to supporting children to thrive, and I believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.
